Spice mix for Meat Masala 100g

A tasty and spicy curry that is delicious each time it is cooked.
Recipe: Heat the oil/ghee(175g) and add the cubed meat(500g), garlic and ginger pastes(1-2 tbsp) and the Shan Meat Masala mix(2 tbsp). Stir fry for a few minutes. Add the finely sliced onions(300g) and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Add 1 diced tomato and 4-5 glasses of water. Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender. Increase the heat and stir until the oil/ghee separates from the masala. Keep frying for a few minutes, adding water until the desired thickness of gravy is reached
Ingredients: Red Chilli, Paprika, Salt, Corriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Green Caradamom, Black Pepper, Carom, Large Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mace, Black Cumin, Clove, Fenugreek Seed, Nigella Seed.
