Spice mix for Chicken White Karahi 40g

Juicy Chicken in Mild white sauce.
Recipe: Make a paste with the Shan White Karahi Chicken mix, minced green chillies, ginger paste, yogurt and half a cup of water, and apply to the chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes. Heat the oil/ghee(175g) and add the marinated chicken cubes(1kg). Cook covered over a low heat for 15 minutes. Increase the heat to high and stir-fry for 5 minutes until the oil/ghee separates from the masala. Add 6 tbsp lemon juice, green chillies and coriander. Stir, remove from heat and serve.
Ingredients: Salt, Coriander, Red Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Turmeric, Sugar, Mace, Cumin, Citric Acid, Cinnamon, Onion.
