Ingredients: Tamarind extract(38%),Salt, Refined rice bran oil(100% Natural), Blackgram dal, Bengal gram Dal, Green chilies, Mustard seeds, Sugar, Turmeric, Curry leaves, Dried chilies and asafetida
For Retaining Freshness: Once opened, keep in refrigerator. Retain oil layer on top till the contents are over. Use dry spoon only. Keep bottle closed after use
Directions for use:
Add 1 1/2 table spoon (approx 20g) of Pulihora paste to 200g cooked rice. Add 1 table spoon of hot soil, fried Groundnuts, Cashewnuts. A pinch of salt may be added to taste. Mix well and serve hot
