Pav bhaji is more than a mere snack! it’s a quick meal that can be grabbed on the go – since large potions of the bhaji are made in advance and simply reheated with a few spices before serving.
Recipe: Boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and garlic cloves in water until tender. Then coarsely mash and keep aside. On low heat melt butter and add onions. Fry until transparent. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Fry till the tomatoes are tender and done. Then add Pav Bhaji Mix and fry for few minutes or until butter / ghee begins to separate from the vegetables.
Ingredients: Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, Dried Mango Powder, Clove, Fenugreek Seed, Aniseed.
