Masala mix for Spicy Digestive Drink and Gol Gappas.
For an appetising, digestive and tasty drink, dissolve one tablespoon of Shan Pani Puri Masala in one glass of cold water. Add freshly squeezed juice from half a lemon, if desired.
For Pani Puri Gol Gappas: Prepare the Pani Puri drink as above. Make a small hole in the Gol Gapppas and fill with boiled chick peas / chholay. Dip each filled Gol Gappa in the Shan Pani Puri drink and serve immediately.
Ingredients: Salt, Ginger, Fresh Mango, Mace, Black Pepper, Clove, Red Chilli, Nutmeg, Cumin, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Citric Acid, Tatric Acid, Brown Cardamom, Sugar, Carom, Garlic.
