Lahori fish is known for its spicy distinct taste. It is light, crispy and crunchy from the outside while moist, tender, aromatic and jam-packed with flavours from the inside.
Recipe: Mix 1/2 cup water with the Shan Lahori Fish Mix to make a smooth batter. Apply to the fish and marinate for 30 minutes. Deep fry the fish until brown and crispy. Serve with raita and salad.
Ingredients: Wheat/Corn/Gram Flour, Salt, Red Chilli, Dehydrated Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Bay Leaf, Citric Acid (E330), Black Cumin, Green Mango, Clove, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Carom, Turmeric.
