Dahi Vada 200g
Urad dal Vada is a deep fried & soaked in yogurt. Topped with tamarind sauce garnished with popular Indian spices
Ingredients:
Lentil flour, Wheat flour, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Shortening (Palmolein Oil and Sesame Oil), Salt, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid), Cumin Seed Powder, Butylated Hydroxy Anisole (Preservative).• Contains: Gluten
• Packed in a facility that also processes: Dairy, Wheat Flour, Tree Nuts, Mustard, Sesame seeds

Preparation :
Mix contents of this (200g) pack with 200 ml water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10 mins.
• Deep fry the Vadais till crispy & golden brown. Drain excess oil and soak in water for 10 mins.
• Gently press each Vadai to drain off excess water & immerse in beaten yoghurt for 10 mins. Garnish with roasted cumin seeds (jeera), red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, tamarind sauce & yoghurt. Serve cold and enjoy
