MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder is a white spray dried coconut milk powder that can be used straight from the pack or mixed with water to produce a coconut cream or milk. MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder has wide applications and may be used in the preparation of soups, sauces, curries, seafood and vegetable dishes as well as cakes, biscuits, desserts and beverages.

Storage

• Shelf Life: 15 Months
• After opening, place contents in an air tight container in a cool, dry place.
• Use a dry spoon.

Instructions

Mix the required amount of MAGGI Coconut Milk Power with warm water (approx 35°C). Coconut milk thickness can be adapted to each recipe by varying the amount of powder. It can also be used straight from the pack in recipes to give a delicious and authentic coconut flavour.
